• Deliver monthly loan acquisition targets and expand the Nairobi Check Off loan portfolio
• Oversee staff performance through structured field activations and corporate client engagement
• Ensure compliance with lending processes, documentation standards, and client satisfactions
• Build strong relationships with organizations for smooth payroll deduction processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Check Off loans, payroll lending, or microfinance servicesd
