1. To maintain adequate stocks.

3. To order supplies and keep records and accounts.
4. To cook meals in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.
5. To ensure food is correctly stored.
6. To ensure the kitchen is prepared for service and work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
7. Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients

REQUIREMENTS

1. certificate in catering and food production or its equivalent
2. valid certificate of medical examination
