Job Description

Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.

Summary

The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency to support performance of all our branches in terms of driving business growth, standardize credit processes to achieve TAT and client, while managing the risks associated with operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements – Qualifications and experience;

  • A candidate must have: Banking or MFI experience of not less than 10 years and 3 years’ management experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Bcom, Sales or Marketing, Business Admin or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise:
  • Sales planning and analytical skills.
  • Customer service and excellent communication skills.
