Chief Operating Officer (Coo)

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA an advantage)
  • 8-10 years’ experience in operations leadership, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing
  • Experience scaling operations and managing multi-site teams
  • Comfort working in fast-growing, impact-driven enterprises
