We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Nairobi office and play a pivotal role in driving organisational performance, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across Gatsby Africa.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Executive Director and Senior Management Team to strengthen systems, culture, and delivery across our Corporate Services and country operations. You’ll oversee key functions including Finance & Operations, People, Communications, and Country Directors—ensuring the organisation is set up to deliver impact at scale across East Africa.
