Client Relations Executive

About the job

  • The Client Relations Executive will provide service delivery to allocated clients through physical visits to the client site and off-site support. This includes ensuring all outsourced staff have valid contracts, are paid on time, have no complaint and are disciplined. The Executive will also ensure availability of staff as demanded by the client, recruitment activities as required from time to time, provision of HR Advisory services and training as and when there is a need and also ensures a professional working relationship with allocated clients and also fellow colleagues, making sure that the client experience is exemplary.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and managing deadlines as well as pay attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication, capable of conveying complex information clearly. This should also be in person, email and/or telephone calls.
  • Collaboration and Teamplayer: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker, able to address challenges that may arise from time to time.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing client needs or deadlines and willingness to learn.
  • Initiative: Proactive in seeking out opportunities for more clients or any other business opportunities for the Company.
  • Client Orientation: Understanding and prioritizing client needs to deliver suitable solutions depending on the circumstances and in line with the labour laws.
  • Confidentiality: High level of Confidentiality and commitment.
  • Supervision: Minimal supervision with leadership prowess.
  • A detailed job description will be provided to those that are shortlisted.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-4 years proven experience in HR operations and labour management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in using HR software like HRIS or HRMS.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor relations and laws.
