Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.

Responsibilities

The role will lead and promote a positive culture to improve customer experience, handle and resolve client queries and complaints, and provide timely feedback in a way that promotes the brand and grows the business.

Requirements

• Diploma or BA degree in business, communications and related fields.
• Experience in customer services at least 3 years in a management role
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence and negotiate at different levels
• Excellent communication skills necessary for interaction and negotiation
• A high degree of integrity, dependability, and confidentiality
• Good planning and organizational skills
