About the job

Reporting to the Head of Clinical Quality Assurance & Improvement, the Clinical QA and Patient Safety Medical Officer will coordinate quality, patient safety and regulatory initiatives and programs for the clinicians to maintain a systematic continuous team based approach to quality and compliance within the network, conduct quality assessments with recommendations and follow ups, train of clinic employees, and assess clinicians notes to ensure quality of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine (MBChB, MBBS, MD)
• Training on audit and implementation of quality management systems
• Registered and with a valid license to practice from Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
• A minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience in a busy hospital set-up
