Job Description

Newark capital is headquartered in Kikuyu Town with offices in Ngóng, Dagoreti, Ruiru, Wangige, Kikuyu, Limuru, Kiambu and Juja.

Collection Officer

The Collections Officer will follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate repayment plans, maintain collection records, flag high-risk accounts with loan officers, and prepare recovery reports.
Requirement

  • Diploma in Credit Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in debt recovery, collections, or credit control (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • High integrity and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field.
