Collection Officer

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in debt collection, credit recovery, or loan collections.
  • Good understanding of logbook loans and lending processes.
  • Ability to follow up overdue loans, negotiate repayments, and meet recovery targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
