Job Description

Inspire Credit Limited is a non-bank financial service company licensed as a Digital Credit Provider (DCP) by the Central Bank of Kenya.

Collections Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound and inbound collections calls
  • Negotiate payment plans with borrowers
  • Maintain accurate records and meet collections targets
  • Ensure full compliance with CBK guidelines

What We Are Looking For

  • Mandatory previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong English and Swahili communication skills Target-driven with high integrity CRM or collections system experience is a plus
