Requirement For Appointment 

• Be a Kenya citizen.
• Be in possession of a minimum grade of KCSE C-or its equivalent.
• Degree in Library and Information studies or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suites

DUTIES 

• Cataloguing and classifying library material
• Maintaining and coordinating book selection with teaching department
• Provide feedback on selection made by teaching department
• Maintaining and distribution accession lists
• Registering and compiling user profiles
• Compiling journal holdings.
• Compiling user statistics.
• Charging and implementing fines on overdues, losses and damages
• Supervising of staff under the section.
