Commercial Excellence Manager

What will you do:

  • Support and optimize sales operations by implementing cutting-edge processes, methodologies, and tools at the area level
  • Manage and provide expert training on sales systems including CRM and territory management platforms
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales processes, pipeline metrics, and win-loss patterns to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with sales teams to enhance territory planning and reporting capabilities
  • Develop strategic sales quotas aligned with profit objectives and assist in commission planning

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Systems or Information Systems
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar commercial role
  • Proven track record in sales operations and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in CRM systems and sales performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and training delivery
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and territory management
