Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma in Business related course.
  • Ability to interact positively with customers, address inquiries, and provide assistance.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries and provide information.
  • Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and systems used in a command center setting.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Accurate data entry and thorough documentation.
  • Understanding of sales strategies, negotiation skills, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential clients.
  • Skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Valid Certificate of good conduct.

Job role

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering queries, and processing transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Act as a central point of contact for information and issue resolution.
  • Utilize communication tools and systems to ensure smooth operations with the team.
  • Provide administrative support in the department.
  • Manage office supplies, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist in data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
