Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue by identifying market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, enhancing brand positioning, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Leadership and People Management: Able to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales targets. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and engaging customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiation tactics to close deals, secure partnerships, and resolve conflicts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develops and executes long-term strategies that align with business goals.
  • Time Management and Organization: Manages time effectively to juggle multiple responsibilities, from strategic planning to managing daily tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly addresses and resolves issues that arise within the sales process, from customer complaints to market shifts.
