Job Description

PHOENIX CAPITAL LTD is a micro financ,e company based in Kenya with branches in the CBD, Kilimani, Utawala and BuruBuru.

Commission-Based Sales Agents – Logbook Loans

  • We’re looking for highly motivated commission based sales agents to promote our products – from logbook loans, asset financing, to IMPORT FINANCING.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive commissions of 4% – the more you close, the more you earn

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in sales, lending, or microfinance preferred
  • Insurance or financial services background is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Able to work independently and meet monthly targets
