Job Description

Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.

Commission Sales Associate

This is a full-time on-site role as a Commission Sales Associate located in Nairobi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling financial solutions to customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, explaining loan options, processing applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Products and Services
  • Ability to meet Sales Targets
  • Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
