These are your responsibilities

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, and posts, to increase our reach and impact.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with our audience, and respond to queries.

Website Content Creation:

• Assist in the development and editing of website posts.
• Ensure content aligns with our mission and voice.
• Research and stay informed on relevant topics and news related to eye health and Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs).

Representation

• Represent the team in both internal and external communications related meetings and provide feedback.

These are your qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate in a cross functional environment.
• Willingness to commit and adhere to CBM mandate, mission, vision and values.
