Job Description

Reviewing costs, value considerations and other operational requirements allows us to provide our clients’ with an in-depth, real-world view of how to identify and implement the kind of master security plan that meets each of your organization’s unique security, fire and managed health and safety needs

Overview and Purpose of Position

  • The Communications Operative Intern will be employed as an Operations intern tasked to work closely with the Control Room Operations team to ensure all Control Room operations needs are
  • The ideal candidate shall; coordinate with team members, customer satisfaction &conduct customer assurance duties as part of service delivery.
  • Must be a quick learner and to grasp the control room operations including the day to day activities within the control

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily control room tasks with high integrity and efficiency
  • Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity to the Line Manager/Duty Security Officer
  • Keep accurate records of all communication
  • Keep a record of any incidents
  • Manage incoming phone and answer all the calls courteously.
  • Identify and recommend changes to improve our security operations
  • Any other duty as directed by the Duty Manager or Line Manager

Competencies

  • Must have completed or are about to graduate with a Degree in Criminology and criminal
  • Additional ICT background will be an added
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are an added advantage
  • Excellent Communication Skills g. clarity, and courtesy on phone and on email.
