Kenya Commercial Bank Limited is registered as a non-operating holding company which started operations as a licensed banking institution with effect from January 1, 2016. The holding company oversees KCB Kenya – incorporated with effect from January 1, 2016 – and all KCB’s regional units in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia and South Sudan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with the project team, partners, and stakeholders to coordinate and plan all field project activities.
• In partnership with stakeholders, identify and recruit Trainers of Trainers (TOTs) and women’s groups.
• Serve as a key intermediary between the project team, partners, and targeted women’s groups, engaging stakeholders regarding planned project activities.
• Plan and execute training activities for women’s groups and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
• Keep the project implementation team regularly informed about the project’s progress toward achieving its targets and objectives.
• Work alongside communication teams to identify and document success stories and case studies from the project.
• Facilitate effective data collection activities and strategies in close collaboration with the monitoring and evaluation team.
• Take the lead in the development and regular updating of databases for women’s groups and MSMEs.
• Provide support in the disbursement process and monitor loan repayments, ensuring necessary follow-up actions.
