Company Manager (Specialist in Marketing)

Job Description

Management Duties

  • Represent the company in governmental entities, companies, customs clearance agencies and other business bodies.
  • Managing office staff and supervising their timely attendance, giving them works & duties, and following up on those work that need to be done on a proper and timely basis.
  • Supervising the company’s financial affairs, M-pesa account, daily expenses, timely payments of rents, bills, etc., and renewing the company’s licenses, office contract, and any other documents.
  • Supervise all sales, shipping and delivery of products sold, and resolve any problem and issue arising in this regard.
  • Preparing a monthly sales report, providing suggestions and solutions to overcome challenges, achieve the desired results and targeted sales, and presenting them to the leadership.
  • Managing customs clearance of new arrived products, Inventory of them and reporting to the leadership of the supply of products when inventory is low.
  • Any tasks assigned to him by the company’s leadership.

Marketing Duties

  • Develop marketing strategies, policies and plans on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, and supervising implementation of them.
  • Developing the business by finding new clients, meeting with them, and signing contract with them.
  • Supervising the customer service & customer relations, managing public relations and problem solution.
  • Leading and managing the sales team, give them directions, following up their works and achievements.
  • Managing the social media and digital marketing team, gives them tasks, provide them guidance and supervise their duties and activities.
  • Any tasks assigned to him by the company’s leadership.

Requirements

Education

  • At least bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, finance and similar fields.
  • Master’s degree is plus point.

Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in business management, including 5 years in cosmetics management.
