SUMMARY

This assignment involves creative design, layout works and provision of InDesign and camera-ready versions (both web and print versions) of various ChildFund publications and Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials. These will be done in three languages i.e., English, French and Portuguese, for ChildFund’s programs in Africa, following ChildFund International’s branding guidelines and standards.

KEY TASKS

• Accordingly, this TOR outlines the request of a highly professional graphics design service provider to deliver the following tasks:
• Develop document-specific layouts and graphic design mock-ups to be used in the designing and layout of key documents and Information, Education and Communications (IEC) materials for ChildFund.
• Propose innovative ideas and present concept ideas to ChildFund, discuss the proposed layouts, and incorporate feedback.
• Design and layout documents and materials based on the agreed mock-ups.

The expected deliverables will include:

• Original illustrations and infographics for reports, manuals, policy briefs, brochures, posters, and other communication/ visibility materials on thematic areas.
• Graphic design/layout for ChildFund publications: reports, manuals, policy briefs, project brochures, project factsheets, and capacity statements among others.
• Graphic design/layout templates for project sites and web articles.
• Printing packages (all layout and design files, including pre-press for the printing house and web versions) for publications and other communication products, such as reports, brochures, handbooks, leaflets, charts, briefs, posters, folders, etc.
• Inputs for video production on the work of ChildFund.
