Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:

The Consultant will be expected to:

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional software applications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on ICT systems and digital tools.
• Customize and maintain existing applications to enhance functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of ICT solutions with business needs.
• Ensure compliance of software applications with ICT security, privacy, and organizational standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and progress reports.
• Train staff and provide technical support during and after deployment.

Key Deliverables / Performance Indicators:

• Timely delivery of high-quality, fully functional software solutions.
• User satisfaction levels with deployed applications and systems.
• Percentage reduction in system downtime and technical errors.
• Compliance with ICT standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations.
• Efficiency gains achieved through automation and improved software tools.
• Successful integration of ICT systems with existing business processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development or ICT consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end software solutions.
• Experience in system integration and digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ICT security best practices.
• Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role is desirable.
