Job Description

Job Summary

The purpose of this consultancy is to facilitate the Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA) curriculum to learners, both in person and virtually to the Mozambique students. The assignment involves a 5-day in-person training, and a 3-4 hour virtual meeting once monthly for 5 months.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the WLA training;
  • Attend a five (5) day training;
  • Facilitate the in-person training;
  • Mentor WLA attendees;
  • Facilitate webinars and virtual meetings; and
  • On-going support to the WLA participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Leadership training or any other allied courses;
  • Bilingual (English and Portuguese) highly desired;
  • Demonstrable experience and track record in facilitation or teaching;
  • Ability to work with diverse teams;
  • Able to work independently and consult when necessary; and
  • Well organized with an eye for detail.
