REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT

• Be a Kenya citizen.
• Be in possession of a minimum grade of KCSE Grade D plain and above or its equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in a similar position.
• Artisan in food and beverage or Artisan in food production and service or its equivalent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Preparing, cooking and serving food.
• Collection of meal vouchers from students.
• Dining hall cleanliness.
• Receiving direct sales – cash sales – Mpesa – prepaid – postpaid
• Daily cash banking at the accounts office.
• Recording and keeping of all the receipts books
• Handling kitchen staff reporting register.
