Country Manager – Kenya

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive business growth & market expansion Manage sales & distributor network Ensure regulatory & operational compliance Lead and build high-performing teams Handle budgets, forecasts & P&L goals Strengthen Brand Presence Kenya (On-site)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Kenya pharmaceutical market (Mandatory) Strong Sales or Country Operations background
  • Knowledge of local regulations & distribution
  • Leadership & business development skills Ready to lead in Kenya
