JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate and mentor the sales and marketing teams.
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets.
• Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities, and develop plans to capture them.
• Develop and maintain promotional activities and strategies.
• Develop and manage customer experience initiatives.
• Create and implement innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and trends to ensure competitive advantage.
• Recruit and have sales team of minimum 7 sales representative and a minimum sales target of 10.5M.
• Ensure effective and efficient operation of sales and marketing department.
• Be able to micromanage the sales representatives in terms of reporting time, live location, their facilitation, outlet visitation, sales per day etc.
• Be able to communicate on the groups, respond to all the inquiries made by the directors, sales representatives and any other staff in a timely manner.
• To be able to do research and analyze the market and come up with proper region territories, route plans and marketing strategies to ensure the areas are covered extensively.
