About the role:

We are looking for a Project(s) Traffic Controller to be part of our fast-paced team. You will have the opportunity to work with in-house creative, marketing and social media teams. You’ll also work collaboratively with other internal teams in other disciplines and senior management to keep creative and marketing projects/requests running smoothly to make sure timelines are met. What you would be expected to do

• Setting up and monitoring schedules: Coordinate creative resources with other departments for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Monitoring project statuses and deadlines: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with creatives, brand managers, and any other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

You might be a strong candidate if you

• Have a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ Project Management/ Communication or a related field.
• Have at least 4+ years proven experience working in either Account Management, communication agency (branding or marketing agency) or another similarly fast-paced environment.
• Have solid background, with understanding or hands-on experience in creative processes.
• Possess clear and straight to the point communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and work well in a team.
• Have clear thinking and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Are able to work under pressure.
• Possess good organisational skills and excellent attention to details.
• Have excellent issue-tracking and resolution skills.
• Possess multi-tasking and collaboration skills
• Can adapt to new situations.
• Are enthusiastic in continuously expanding on skills.
