Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding credits and payments.
2. Perform invoice reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
3. Prepare credit control, reconciliation, and accounts reports.
4. Undertake data entry of financial transactions and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
6. Support the accounts team in day-to-day accounting and finance functions.
7. Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel functions to manage and analyze financial data.
8. Communicate professionally with clients regarding payments and credit terms
