Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-impact training programs for collectors
• Build skills in negotiation, customer engagement, and ethical debt recovery
• Coach and mentor team leaders and agents on call quality and conversion
• Develop training modules on call handling, objection management, and debtor segmentation
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
• Promote integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric collections
• Analyze performance data to improve training content
• Introduce best practices and innovation in collections strategy
• Support onboarding and continuous development programs
• Align training with business goals and portfolio performance

What They Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in training
• Strong understanding of the loan recovery industry
• Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills
