• ABNO Softwares is seeking a Customer Success Engineer Intern with a strong interest in technology and enterprise software solutions. The intern will support the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP modules, ensuring system stability and client satisfaction. This role provides hands‑on exposure to ERP architecture, data migration, and client support workflows — ideal for individuals aspiring to build a career in software engineering, implementation, or technical customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP modules, ensuring proper setup of workflows, parameters, reports, and user roles.
• Support system maintenance and optimization to enhance stability, performance, and data integrity.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks and contribute to resolving client support tickets related to ERP functionality.
• Participate in user training sessions to help clients understand system workflows and technical features.
• Develop skills in technical accuracy, responsiveness, troubleshooting, and ERP process support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in ERP systems, enterprise software, and technical implementation.
• Basic understanding of databases, system configuration, or scripting languages is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
