Job Description

Responsibilities

Required Abilities:

  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.

Required Work Experience : Call Center Representative
Degree : Bachelor of Commerce – BCom | Bachelor of Arts – BA

Requirements

Required Knowledge :

  • Strong time management and decision making skills.
  • More education or experience may be preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.

Required Skills :

  • Call Management, Call Logging, Call Quality Monitoring, Call Recording, Voice Process, Call Monitoring, Call Analytics, Call Handling

Primary Responsibility :

  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
