Job Description

Airkenya Express is an airline based in Nairobi, Kenya. It operates domestic scheduled and charter services, as well as scheduled flights to Tanzania.

Customer Care Officer

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer service or customer experience management
  • Atleast 5 years experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in aviation or hospitality will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Customer Service, Hospitality, or related field
