Job Description

A warm and inviting space filled with fresh cut flowers, an overflowing bookcase, freshly baked breads & patisserie, the heartwarming scent of fresh coffee and relaxing music set within some of Nairobi’s most dynamic malls; Artcaffé is a haven from hectic city life. We give our customers a place to rest and relax over great food and drinks made by our passionate team of chefs, baristas and mixologists, to ensure each visit is a memorable experience.

Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:

  • As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be at the heart of our new venture, shaping the way we engage with our customers and ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectationsThis is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise to a groundbreaking project that will set new standards in the industry.

We’re seeking individuals with:

  • Exceptional service skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Airline industry experience or 10+ years in the hospitality industry, where you’ve honed your craft in delivering world-class customer experiences
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and thinking outside the box.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement customer experience strategies that wow our guests and set us apart from the competition.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects Artcaffe’s values and commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively address challenges to ensure satisfaction at every stage.
  • Train and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service consistently.
