Job Description

EcoBana is a social enterprise and a youth led company who work together with women, refugee outreach and young entrepreneurs based in different counties to produce biodegradable eco-friendly and hygienic sanitary towels made from banana fibers.

Customer Relations & Marketing Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Creativity and content creation skills. Proactive customer service experience.
  • Basic graphic design or multimedia skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to interpret marketing data.
