We provide accurate and timely radiological diagnosis to the local communities

Customer Service Executive

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and guide patients professionally, ensuring accurate and efficient registration
  • Handle all inquiries (in-person & phone) with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate imaging appointments to optimize workflow
  • Actively manage patient flow, queues, and urgent cases in a busy setting
  • Support billing processes, maintain accurate records, and uphold patient confidentiality

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Customer Service, Business, Health Records, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a hospital or high-volume front office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with healthcare software systems is an added advantage
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
