Job Description

Bayes, which is the trading name of PI Capital is a diversified Kenyan Microfinance. This association gives the mobile lender access to a number of bankable services based on the robust technological infrastructure that its parent company has assembled. Bayes is an award-winning micro finance institution based in Nairobi, Kenya that provides mobile loans,logbook loans, asset financing, salary advance and merchant loans.

Summary

  • We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Intern to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will assist in managing customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting various customer service functions.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the onboarding and verification of new customers.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve service processes.

Engagement and Satisfaction:

  • Help implement customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support efforts to reduce customer churn and increase loyalty.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive customer service environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
