Customer Service

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to live chat inquiries and support tickets.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide customer support through chat channels, ensuring timely and accurateresponses.
  • WhatsApp chats as well Us making
  • Customer issue follow up and inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Attaining the required Customer satisfaction rate.
  • Attain daily clearance and response rate below 3min

Requirements:

  • Typing speed of 40 words per Minute
  • Degree or diploma in a Business-related Course
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Good communication skills
