Job Description

Mamasafi is an online platform that links households with the best qualified and vetted cleaning pros, offering affordable, quality and safe home cleaning services in their area. The cleaning pros are popularly known as ‘Mamasafi’ or ‘Mamafua’ which are Swahili words used to refer to a freelance Laundry service providing woman in Kenya.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls and take bookings
  • Assist with customer inquiries and issues
  • Multi-channel support (Phone, Email, Social Media)

Requirements:

  • Below 25 years old
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
  • Great communication & multitasking skills
  • Proficient in social media (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads skills are a plus
