The CFS facility is strategically located adjacent to the SGR Nairobi Terminus.

Customer Service Representative

 Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Track shipments and update customers on status
  • Process documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify payments and issue gate passes
  • Ensure compliance with customs procedures
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
