Job Description

Corporate Staffing Services is a leading recruitment agency in Kenya providing complete recruitment services. In the last ten years we have been partners to local and foreign businesses looking to hire Kenyan professionals. We have recruited for diverse clients in different sectors and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and solutions to issues and questions.
  • Complaint Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction, documenting issues and resolutions as required.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring each customer receives attentive and courteous assistance.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and report this feedback to management.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to resolve customer issues related to internet connectivity and service disruptions.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
