Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? This is your opportunity to join a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company and work with high-end international clients in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Salary:

  • Ksh. 30,000

We’re looking for professionals who have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Banking, BPO, Telecommunications, Debt Collection, or Call Centre environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A Diploma in a relevant field
  • A Certificate of Good Conduct and a clean CRB record
