Job Description

Customer Service Representative

We’re particularly looking for receptionists at hotels, hospitals, public offices, health centres, banks, and other client-facing roles. However, we’re also interested in hearing from you if you’re using translation tools in online calls.

You will have the opportunity to share insights that can shape the future of live translation tools and make your work easier.

We are especially interested in learning about:

  • How you are currently interacting with live translation tools
  • Why are you using them
  • What are their benefits and shortcomings
