Job Description

Ngao Credit Limited, a non-deposit taking Micro-Finance Institution (MFI), was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya, on March 20, 2008 and commenced operations on July 1, 2009

Qualifications & Skills

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the overall Customer Success strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

Customer Advocacy and Feedback:

  • Leverage satisfied customers as advocates and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Foster collaboration between Customer
  • Success and other departments to drive overall business success.

Customer Lifecycle Management:

  • Implement strategies for customer retention and expansion
