Customer Support Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Support Market Specialist, you will work in a young and energetic team. You’ll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.

What you can expect

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Represent Bolt in Kenya.
  • Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users over both written and call support channels.
  • Support our drivers at the Driver Engagement Center.
  • Create loyal users by showing them we really care.
  • Work on projects aimed at improving our processes and customer experience.

What we expect

About you:

  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in a customer support role.
  • You welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunities. You are proactive and do not stop after 20 obstacles a day.
  • You are always ready to put customers first and be passionate about helping others as well as passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing.
  • You can apply an analytical approach as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt.
  • You have excellent spoken and written English and Swahili. Any other language is a plus!
  • You have basic knowledge of Google Sheets/excel and project management concepts.
