Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in working with large datasets to derive insights and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis.
• Use automation tools such as RPA and BPMN to streamline processes.
• Work with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for data storage and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of automation tools like RPA and BPMN is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with data integration tools like Airflow and Stitch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and Shell programming.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• 4-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a financial institution.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced formulas and create complex spreadsheets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
