We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Data Entry/Digitization Clerks on a casual basis for the night shift. The primary responsibility will be to digitize and enter data accurately into our systems, ensuring that the information is up-to-date and error-free.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Accurately enter and update data from physical documents into the company’s digital systems.
• Perform data verification to ensure the accuracy of inputted information.
• Organize and digitize files by scanning and saving them in the appropriate format and location.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data at all times.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within the night shift hours.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software.
• Previous experience in data entry or digitization is an advantage.
• Availability to work night shifts on a casual basis.
• Can work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
