Job Description

Defining and delivering the organisation’s comprehensive business intelligence, analytics, and data product strategy whilst establishing robust data governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise high-impact analytics initiatives that support strategic decision-making. Building interactive data visualisation dashboards and self-service analytics platforms to enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation, including the design of advanced analytics models such as credit scoring, propensity modelling, and churn prediction Managing analytics resources and project timelines whilst driving data literacy adoption and maintaining data quality standards across the business

Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Field of Study: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• A postgraduate qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related field would be an added advantage

Experience Required
5-7 years

• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Advanced Analytics, Decision Science, Business Analytics, Data Products, or a comparable discipline.
• Demonstrable leadership experience of at least 2 to 3 years, including managing teams, leading analytical workstreams, or coordinating analytics capabilities and resources.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, fintech, telecommunications, or another data-intensive sector is preferred.
• Evidence of successfully delivering analytics-driven insights and solutions that have supported key business decision-making processes.
