Qualifications and Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• And/or Professional teaching qualification.
• Leadership/management training.
• Proven experience of leading and managing, pedagogy, curriculum and change in a senior leadership role.

Knowledge, Experience and Competences

• At least ten (10) years of experience, five (5) of which must be in a leadership position in an educational Institution.
• Deep knowledge of best practices in educational leadership
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and ability to set and work to deadlines.
• A strong analytic, performance management, accountability, and systems-thinking orientation is necessary to inform strategy development and execution.
• Ability to use initiative, work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach.
• Proven ability to develop effective and efficient systems and cope with changes in working practices.
• Self-starter, high energy level with strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Highest level of personal and professional integrity
