Job Description

Deputy Head Teacher

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as the Principal’s right-hand in managing school operations.
  • Oversee & guide the development & management of school timetables, calendars, and staff workloads.
  • Foster a safe and engaging environment for staff and students.
  • Champion teaching and academic excellence.
  • Serve as a steadfast advocate for student wellbeing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A passion for student welfare, discipline, and all-around excellence.
  • Registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
